    • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. You are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We may request photos or additional information to process your return efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened cannabis flower, edibles, and concentrates.
  • Any products that have been tampered with or partially used.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. In-Store Returns:
    • Send the unused product and your receipt to our store location within 14 days of purchase. Our staff will process the return or exchange for you.
  2. Online Returns (Delivery Orders):
    • For cannabis delivery orders, please contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and may arrange for product pick-up or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refund Method: Once your return is approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with your product and prefer to exchange it for something else, please visit our store, and we will be happy to assist you with finding an alternative product that better suits your needs.
