Once your order is processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email when the shipping label is printed, typically within 1 business day. Please note that shipping estimates are based on when the label is created and the package is received by USPS, not when the order is placed. For
Priority Express orders, please be aware that they are typically shipped in the morning due to USPS deadlines, which may cause a slight delay in shipping. However, once received by USPS, your package will arrive quickly.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
To protect your purchase, we offer optional Delivery Insurance at checkout. You can opt out if you prefer, but this service provides peace of mind in case your package is lost or damaged during transit.
Delivery Insurance ensures that if your package is lost or damaged, we will replace it. Please note that USPS shipping times are estimates, and only Priority Express offers a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, USPS internal delays, or other circumstances. During the holiday season, delays are more common, and we strive to keep you informed of any updates posted by USPS.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please allow at least 14 business days for your package to arrive before contacting us for a replacement. If a replacement is sent, we ask that you return the original package if it arrives later, and we will provide a prepaid label for the return.
Please note that breeder promotions or NASC promotional items may not be available for reshipped orders. If the USPS tracking system indicates that your package was delivered, we must assume it was received.

We will not replace packages marked as “Delivered” unless USPS confirms an error. If this happens, please contact your local USPS office first, as they can geolocate the package and provide documentation if it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address.
